do I register? Click the “Free Sign-Up” link to register and create your own, unique user name and password.
This will allow you to bid on auctions, to transfer funds, and to manage your
account.
4. What are the bid packages?
Bid packages are special offers that we will announce periodically.
It will consist of 10 bids at the price of five bids or any other variation.
This will give bidders 10-50% discount at the given time of
the promotion.
6. How
is the winner determined?
The winner of the auction is the highest bid that is closest to the Maximum
Price stated on the auction. This bid has to be a unique number that is unlike
any other bid and has not been duplicated.
7. What
is the Maximum Price?
Maximum Price sets the maximum bid price of the auctioned item.
Bids above this figure will not be accepted.
In all cases the auctioned item will sell for close to or less than the maximum
price.
8. What
is bid price?
Bid price is the cost of each bid. It is a participation fee that bidders pay
for each bid.
We will offer a variety of bid packages that provide bidders with significant
discounts.
9. Why
is a bid price required? The items auctioned
on this site are sold at a very low price. Charging a bid price is the only way
we can pass these incredible savings to our bidders.

What is the ‘Minimum Bids Required’?
Minimum Bids Required is the number of bids that are required to close the
auction.
If this number is not reached, the auction will be prolonged as outlined in our
rules.
11. What happens if the ‘Minimum Required Bids’ number is
not reached?
If the minimum required bids number is not reached, the
auction will be extended by a number of days determined by Anybidwin.com. There
is a limit of three extensions. If the number is still not reached, the auction
will close and all bid fees will be reimbursed to bidders.
12. When is the auction closed?
All auctions close after both the ‘Minimum Required Bids’
number is reached and the countdown has ended.

What are “Strike Out” offers?
”Strike Out” is what we call two bids that are identical to any other.
If two bidders bid the exact same amount, both bids are cancelled and marked as
a “Strike Out” bid.
14. Do
bidders pay for “Strike Out” bids?
All bids are charged according to the “Bid Price” stated on the auction. Bids
become a “Strike Out” only after an identical bid is submitted by another
bidder on the same auction.
15. Can
I change my bid?
No. Once submitted, bids can NOT be changed or canceled. Doing so will not be
fair to the other bidders.
16. Can
I see the bids and my position?
Yes. All users can see the bidder list on every auction by clicking on the "View all Bidders" button. The bidders list contains user number, city and the bidders
current position.
Actual Dollar figures will not be shown before the end of the auction.
All bids amounts will be shown after the auction is closed and a winner is
determined.
17. How
are payments handled?
Bid payments are made through a PayPal account and/or a credit card via PayPal.
The payment options will pop up once a bid is posted on any auction. The bid
payment can be done by transferring a single bid amount to the bidders account
or by transferring a bulk sum of money to the bidders account at one time in
order to be used in future bidding. Bulk transfers will save bidders money on
PayPal commissions, if any, and will also save bidders time when fast
bidding is required. Winning auction payments must be handled the same
way. This system ensures maximum safety on all transactions.
18. Are
taxes and shipping included in the sales price?
All taxes are included. Shipping costs are included on some items or as
otherwise posted.
The winning figure is the exact amount that the winner pays with some posted
exceptions.
19. How
are the items shipped?
Bigger items, like cars, will be available to the auction winner at his/her
local dealer.
Smaller Items will be shipped by us within 14 business days.
20. Are there delivery/shipping charges?
All delivery charges in the USA are included in the auction
price.
Delivery is also included in international shipments except
on items where other countries impose extra taxes, fees, duty or tariffs. Since
Anybidwin.com can not anticipate every country’s import taxation, these charges
will be the responsibility of the auction winner. These cases will be dealt
with separately as they arise.
21. How are winners
notified? All communications will be conducted via email. All
registration notices, payment notices and winning notices will be sent to the
email address that was provided by the bidder at the time of registration.It is the registrant’s responsibility to provide a
valid email address and ensure that our emails are not marked as Spam.
23. Are
the items auctioned guaranteed?
All auction items are brand new and come with the manufacturer original
warranties as provided by any dealer around the country.
