These rules lay out Anybidwin.com's auction system regulations and terms of service:

1. This auction site is run by Anybidwin.com who is the sole owner of this site.
2. Participation in this auction is allowed to persons 18 years of age and over.
3. In order to participate, bidders must read, understand and agree to the rules and regulations of this site.
4. All auction prices are in US Dollars.
5. Payments are submitted through PayPal only. (PayPal accepts credit cards).
6. Each bid has a participation fee that is determined by Anybidwin.com and is stated on each auction.
7. Bidders are allowed to bid as many times as they wish, however, the participation fee must be paid for each bid.
8. Bids shall be in US Dollars and Cents. No fractions of Cents are accepted.
9. Each auction has a Maximum Price amount that cannot be exceeded.
10. The winning bid is a bid that is closest to the Maximum Price and is a unique, unduplicated amount.
11. There cannot be more than one winner therefore the winning bid must be the only bid of that exact amount.
12. All identical bids will be marked “Strike Out” and are no longer eligible to win the auction.
13. All auctions are closed when both the minimum number of bids is reached and the countdown has come to an end.
14. In the event that the number of bids required is not reached, the auction duration will be extended. Number of extensions and days in each are determined by Anybidwin.com only.
15. If at the end of the extensions the number of bids required is not met, the auction will be closed and all bid fees will be returned to bidders.
16. All auctioned products are new, and applicable warranties are included.
17. Pictures featured on the auctions are for illustration only, actual products may vary.
18. Auctioned items will be delivered to the winner within 14 days or as otherwise indicated.
19. Shipping, if necessary, is paid by the winner.
20. All bidders’ information is secure and kept private. It will not be used for any purpose other than the auction.
21. Auction winners must confirm their personal information upon receiving winning notification.
22. Any misuse of credit cards or information will result in bid cancellation.
23. Any violation of the terms of this auction will result in the offender’s ban.
24. In case of a dispute, Anybidwin.com responsibility is limited to the participation fee and/or the winning bid.
25. In case of technical problems or other un-controllable situations, Anybidwin.com has the right to stop, cancel or delay any auction, at any stage, including auctions in which a winner was declared.
26. Anybidwin.com also has the right to limit the number of participants of any auction at any time.
27. Anybidwin.com reserves the right to control the auctions limits as it sees fit.
28. Participation in the auction is an acknowledgment that the bidder has read, understood, agrees and accepts all the terms and conditions specified here.
29. Auctioned items prices and delivery costs are based on US market values. These costs may vary in other countries. Auction winners outside of the USA may be responsible for additional fees, taxes or tariffs imposed by their country of residence. Anybidwin.com will only be responsible for item costs up to US market values as posted on each auction.
